Balloon Pop is a 30-minute game for 2–4 players, released in 2023, about forming and scoring groups of matching balloons on your player board.

Your goal is to create groups in which the balloons are all the same color or all share a symbol. When you score a group, every balloon in it pops. The balloons that remain then float upward to take their place, potentially creating new groups that can be scored.

Each choice calls for balance. You want to select the perfect balloon set for scoring, but you also need to preserve enough flexibility to place it effectively. A strong move can do more than score once: it can set up the balloons that rise into the cleared space and create further opportunities.

• Form groups using matching colors or matching symbols.
• Score groups to pop all of their balloons.
• Let the remaining balloons float upward and form new groups.
• Combine your scoring to clear rows and columns on your player board.

The shifting arrangement gives every scoring decision an impact beyond the moment. As balloons pop and move upward, the board changes and new groups take shape, making it important to consider both the set you want now and the possibilities it may create next.
