About this expansion

BattleLore: Epic BattleLore is an expansion for 2-6 players that supports battles lasting around 90 minutes. Designed for veteran players, it enlarges the battlefield by combining multiple BattleLore board maps into one oversized playing area.

This expansion adds a BattleLore map board, giving groups the space needed to conduct battles on a grand scale. It also provides new tools for expanded games, including Alliance tokens, player turn markers, and additional Lore tokens.

Epic BattleLore includes the Reluctant Allies variant for four players, offering another way to bring a larger group to the table. The rules booklet also explains how to use Epic BattleLore together with Call to Arms, extending its use within the BattleLore system.

The included adventure maps provide seven epic battle settings, including the new Lonrono and Road to Najera epics. Together with the extra map and components, these scenarios give returning players new ways to experience the game on a larger scale.

Released in 2007, BattleLore: Epic BattleLore expands and re-implements BattleLore for groups seeking more room, more players, and more expansive battle layouts.
