Berlin: Red Victory is a detailed two-player ATS system wargame about the Battle of Berlin, designed for games lasting around 180 minutes. Its street-level battlefield depicts Berlin at a 50-yard scale, allowing players to fight from house to house across the city.

The game includes a collection of small, fast-playing scenarios, letting players begin exploring the map quickly. It also supports a large full-map scenario, with a super-sized supply of counters representing the forces involved in the 1945 battle.

Units and events featured in Berlin: Red Victory include Red Banner squads, fanatic Hitler Youth, foreign-born SS, Officers conducting firing squads, giant Königstigers, Soviet assault guns, and Katyusha barrages. The game presents these forces through color die-cut counters in several sizes, covering infantry, tanks, and guns.
