Blood Bowl Companion is a 1990 expansion for Blood Bowl (Second Edition) for 2 players, with a listed play time of 180 minutes. It adds a broad collection of new and changed rules to the classic fantasy football experience.

This companion introduces rules covering the wider match environment, from kickers, referees, and cheerleaders to rerolls, fans, and weather. It also expands the magical side of the game with magic and magic items, while adding new balls, secret weapons, and traps.

For games that continue beyond a single match, the book includes a complete league and campaign system. It also presents a completely new game: the Official NAF rules. Together, these additions provide multiple ways to extend and vary Blood Bowl sessions.
