About this board game

Bravo! is a roll-and-write dice game for 1–6 players, designed to be played in about 20 minutes. Released in 2019, it adds new rules and possibilities to the popular Noch mal! family.

As in its predecessor, dice choices guide how players cross fields on their sheets. The game introduces a seventh die that can be chosen instead of the other dice, bringing additional options and a dedicated row with extra scoring.

This special die includes new elements that can change how fields are crossed and how bonuses are earned:

• A bomb lets you cross four fields anywhere.
• A heart brings bonuses for completed columns when it is crossed.
• Two stars let you cross two stars anywhere.

These additions give each roll more possibilities to consider. You must decide whether to use the regular dice or select the seventh die, weighing immediate opportunities against its separate scoring potential.

Bravo! also expands the scoring system beyond the familiar column focus. Rows are scored as well as columns, creating further ways to benefit from carefully crossing fields and completing areas on the sheet.

With its combination of dice selection, special symbols, and multiple scoring routes, Bravo! offers a compact roll-and-write experience with more choices than its predecessor. Its flexible player count makes it suitable for a single player or groups of up to six.
