By Order of the Queen is a cooperative fantasy role-playing game for 2–4 players, designed to deliver a complete campaign experience in approximately 90–120 minutes.

Players take on the roles of the Guilds of Tessandor and must work together to protect the kingdom from falling apart. Rather than playing through a long role-playing campaign, the game focuses on the highlights of a fantasy adventure within one self-contained session.

Throughout the game, players send Heroes to important quests, confront monsters, and take responsibility for completing the Queen’s Orders themselves. Cooperation is essential as the guilds coordinate their efforts and respond to the challenges threatening the kingdom.
