Cardline: Dinosaurs is a card game for 2–8 players that takes about 15 minutes to play, challenging players to arrange dinosaur cards in numerical order by length or weight.

The game includes approximately 100 cards. Each card shows a dinosaur on both sides, along with its name and geographic place. The dinosaur’s average length and weight appear on only one side, keeping the relevant information hidden until the card is revealed.

Before the game begins, players decide whether they will compare lengths or weights. Each player receives a number of dinosaur cards and places them in front of themselves with the characteristics hidden. One card starts in the center of the table with its characteristics visible.

On a turn, a player selects one card from their tableau and adds it to the growing row on the table. The card may be placed between any two cards. Once it is positioned, the player reveals its characteristics and checks whether it fits the chosen numerical order compared with every card already in the row.

• Choose whether the game compares dinosaur lengths or weights.
• Place hidden-information cards into the correct position in the row.
• Reveal each card to test whether the placement is accurate.

If the card is correctly placed, it remains in the row. If it is in the wrong position, it is removed from play, and the player draws another card from the deck to add to their tableau. This keeps incorrect predictions costly while giving players new cards to place.

In Cardline: Dinosaurs, the winner is the first player to get rid of all their cards by placing them correctly. The compact format and dinosaur theme make it a quick ordering challenge for a wide group of players.
