About this expansion

Champions of Midgard: Jarl Edition is a 2017 board game for 2–5 players with an approximately 90-minute play time. This collection includes the base game, the Valhalla expansion, the Dark Mountains expansion, and exclusive content in a box designed to hold everything.

The Dark Mountain Expansion adds two side boards, the Dark Mountains board, an expanded market board, Bergrisar cards, new enemy cards, rune cards, land journey cards, a destiny card, archer dice, a new ship, and two new leaders. It also includes permanent, economic, and military market stalls, plus worker pawns and score tokens for a fifth player.

The Valhalla Expansion introduces the Valhalla board, burial ground tiles, berserker dice, shieldwarrior dice, leader dice, Valkyrie Blessing cards, epic monsters, additional destiny cards, sacrifice tokens, two new leader boards, and nine leader ability boards.
