Chicago Poker is a board game for 2–6 players, played in about 45 minutes. Set during the heyday of organized crime in 1920s Chicago, it casts each participant as a notorious gang boss competing for control and profit.

The contest centers on the city’s main legal and illegal sources of income. Players send their men to intimidate business owners and bring their establishments into their cause. The struggle can change the ownership of businesses right at the table, making control an active part of the game.

To win, players use their cards to create poker combinations. These combinations determine whether a gang boss can complete the required takeover and become the first player to control enough businesses.

Victory belongs to the first player who achieves one of three objectives: control three businesses of the same kind, control four different kinds, or control any five businesses. Each route offers a clear target while keeping the focus on gathering and holding valuable locations.
