ChronoCops: Da Vinci’s Universal Dilemma is a time-travel puzzle adventure for 1–6 players, with a play time of approximately 150 minutes.

Inspired by classic point-and-click video games, it combines wacky humor, famous figures and places, and puzzles that require creative thinking. As agents of the prestigious ChronoCops research department, players travel through time to stop their former mentor, the insane Professor Knix.

In this scenario, Professor Knix plans to drill into an underground river. Before the ChronoCops can prevent his scheme, they must recalibrate an LED in their chronograph—and that requires the help of Leonardo da Vinci. Unfortunately, Knix has also left chaos behind in the past, including his strange helper beings, the annoying Cronks.

Players gradually open different timelines by successfully solving puzzles. Each timeline contains jump markers leading to locations in the past, future, or alternate realities, creating a changing web of places to explore.

The Chrono Decoder also provides tips on its reverse side when the group gets stuck, helping keep the investigation moving without losing the satisfaction of solving the mystery. With its blend of time travel, puzzle solving, and tongue-in-cheek adventure, ChronoCops: Da Vinci’s Universal Dilemma challenges players to think outside the box while untangling Professor Knix’s universal dilemma.
