About this board game
Cornerstone is a tower-building and climbing game for 1–4 players, with play centered on a tense race to reach the top before the structure falls.
Players build their towers by strategically placing blocks, carefully shaping the structure while deciding how each move affects the climb. As the tower grows taller, every placement becomes more important—and the increasing instability raises the excitement.
During a turn, a player may use a block to gain a better vantage point for the Climber or to block an opponent. This creates a constant balance between advancing your own position and defending against the progress of others.
The game can be played cooperatively in teams or as a head-to-head race. Players must manually balance the blocks, making physical control just as important as strategic planning. The result is a hands-on challenge in which offense and defense must be weighed with every move.
- Build upward: Strategically place blocks as your tower rises.
- Climb strategically: Seek a better vantage point for the Climber.
- Block opponents: Use placement to hinder another player’s progress.
- Manage instability: Balance the structure manually before it falls.
With each turn, Cornerstone becomes more suspenseful as the towers grow taller and less stable. Can you reach the top before the tower collapses?
