Cosmic Encounter: Cosmic Odyssey is the seventh expansion for Cosmic Encounter, released in 2022 for games with 3-8 players. It is the biggest expansion yet for the series and introduces a campaign mode alongside a broad selection of new content.

At the heart of Cosmic Odyssey are 30 new aliens, offering fresh possibilities for cosmic encounters. The expansion also includes 12 “alternate timeline” aliens, which revise previous aliens with new versions of familiar concepts.

Beyond its alien powers, this expansion adds new elements to the wider game. New space stations, technology, and hazards expand the range of features available during play, while the introduction of lux and moons adds further new concepts to the Cosmic Encounter experience.
