Cranium Scribblish is a hilarious drawing and caption game for 4–6 players that takes about 20 minutes to play. It begins with a simple idea and follows it through a series of sketches and words to discover how dramatically it can change.

Everyone chooses a caption and draws a picture. Players then take turns adding either a drawing or a caption, building a creative chain that transforms one contribution into the next. As the game unfolds, the original idea may become something entirely unexpected.

At the end, players try to guess which picture was theirs when they started. The group can also decide which result is the funniest, then vote for a favorite to win. This makes every round a playful mix of drawing, interpretation, surprise, and laughter.
