D6 Shooter

About this board game

D6 Shooter is a fast-paced western-themed press-your-luck dice and card game for 2–4 players, with games lasting about 60 minutes.

Take on the role of a Bounty Hunter and pursue wanted bandits threatening a small town. Capture enough outlaws to earn Rep and climb the ranks from Bounty Hunter to Marshall; the first player promoted to Marshall wins.

On your turn, reveal a card showing a wanted bandit and try to match its sequence of suit symbols: hearts, diamonds, spades, and clubs. Roll and reroll six custom shooter dice up to three times. Jokers can represent any suit, while skulls remove dice from play.

Once you capture a bandit, you can stop and move it into your jail, or press your luck and hunt for another. Continuing lets you reroll all your dice except skulls previously rolled, with three more chances to capture the new target. Fail to capture any bandit, and you lose every bandit collected during that round.

• Over 100 game cards, 10 General Store cards, and 6 custom shooter dice
• Bandits provide reward money and 1–2 reputation points
• Higher ranks let you reroll a certain number of skull dice
• Event cards can award General Store cards or disrupt your captures

Spend reward money on General Store cards that can aid your journey or hinder an opponent—but doing so sacrifices the Rep gained from those bandits. Events may also cause bandits to escape from your jail. In D6 Shooter, every roll can bring you closer to the badge or cost you the whole haul.
