About this board game

DC Forever is a 2025 deck-building game for 2-4 players, with sessions lasting about 30 minutes.

Choose two iconic characters from the pages of DC Comics to form your squad of heroes or rogues. Each character brings unique powers that become starting cards for your deck, alongside basic resource cards that help shape your strategy.

As the game progresses, recruit new characters to your team. Every recruit has a unique deck and gameplay, letting you decide which of their cards to add to your growing strategy. With eighteen playable characters and hundreds of cards to choose from, each game offers plenty of possibilities for building your squad.

Heroes and rogues clash across classic DC Comics locations, from the shadowy alleyways of Gotham City to the subaquatic depths of Atlantis. The two sides also pursue different paths to victory:

• Rogues aim to complete five schemes, or knock out all of the heroes so no one remains to oppose them.
• Heroes seek to capture all of the rogues or place thirty citizens in sanctuary.

The heroes may not be able to stop every scheme, but protecting enough people can still secure a victory. Whether you are assembling a team of legendary heroes or advancing a rogue’s master plan, DC Forever combines character-driven deck building with a clash between opposing objectives.
