Dice Hospital: Community Care (Kickstarter Edition) is a hospital-management board game for 1–5 players, with an approximate play time of 90 minutes. It combines the original Dice Hospital experience with three expansions: The City, Maternity, and Improvements.

In The City Expansion, the usual intake phase is replaced by city tiles. Use ambulances and paramedic tokens to collect patients, choosing which specific dice to take and gaining bonuses for picking up unhealthy patients. Patients left unattended in the city become more neglected, while players who collect the healthiest patients may gain fatality tokens if those patients suffer the worst outcome.

The Kickstarter Edition also includes a helicopter miniature. The first player each round can use it to pick up patients from anywhere in the city grid.

The Maternity Expansion adds normal-sized pink mother dice and smaller pink baby dice. Players compete for city objective cards, aiming to discharge the required combinations of mother, baby, and other coloured dice. Mothers only neglect when untreated and placed in a ward with other dice, while the birthing die determines whether they receive single or twin babies.

For players who want more depth, The Improvements Expansion introduces a free-to-visit worker-placement board. Collect room improvements tied to a colour of your choice and customize your hospital while adding another layer of strategic decision-making.
