About this board game
Dungeon Command: Sting of Lolth is a card-driven skirmish game for 2 players with an approximately 90-minute play time. Played on modular interlocking map tiles, it puts each player in command of a warband battling to control the field and undermine an opponent’s morale.
Recruit troops, deploy creatures, and issue orders through a combination of order cards, creature cards, and miniatures. You can outfit your forces with spells and equipment, then direct their tactics as the battle unfolds. Victory goes to the player with the highest remaining Morale when an opposing warband’s Morale reaches 0 or below, or when an opponent ends a turn with no creatures on the battlefield.
The Sting of Lolth faction includes twelve miniatures, featuring an assassin, a priestess, a wizard, spiders, and drow house guards. Each Dungeon Command faction is intended for a single player, while quick-start rules provide a shortened two-player game using only one box.
- Core play: Card-driven skirmishes on modular map tiles
- Key tools: Order cards, creature cards, spells, equipment, and miniatures
- Player options: Designed for two players, with advanced rules allowing up to four
Dungeon Command: Sting of Lolth can be combined with other Dungeon Command factions, including Blood of Gruumsh, Curse of Undeath, Tyranny of Goblins, and Heart of Cormyr.
