About this board game
Eat Me If You Can! is a 3–6 player bluffing and deduction game that plays in about 10 minutes. One player becomes the hungry wolf, while the other players take the roles of Little Red Riding Hood or members of the pig family.
Each round, the prey secretly chooses between two cards: rest and hope the wolf looks elsewhere, or prepare a trap for the expected attack. The wolf then chooses one player to target, trying to eat prey and score points.
The character cards have different values: Little Red Riding Hood is worth 3 points, Mother Pig is worth 2, and a little piggy is worth 1. If the wolf targets a resting player, the wolf takes points equal to that character’s value. If the target prepared a trap, the trapper takes points from the wolf instead.
Players who rested but were not chosen can score points from the bank for their characters, provided they got their beauty sleep. The player who lost points during the round becomes the wolf next, distributing the character cards among the players as desired.
- Wolf versus prey: The wolf seeks points by choosing the right target.
- Secret choices: Prey decide whether to sleep or set a trap.
- Changing roles: The player who loses points becomes the next wolf.
- Quick finish: The game ends when a player reaches 10 or more points.
Can the villagers trap and chase away the wolf, or will someone end up on the menu? In Eat Me If You Can!, reading the other players and choosing the right moment to rest or strike can lead to victory. When the game ends, the player with the most points wins.
