About this expansion

Edo: Expansion #1 expands the Edo base game for 2–5 players, with a playing time of 60 minutes and a 2013 release.

This expansion introduces three new modules: Jiin, Tokken, and Ronin. Each module can be used individually, giving you the option to add one new element at a time to your Edo games.

The modules can also be combined with one another, allowing you to build different expansion setups around the base game. Whether you choose a single addition or use all three together, Edo: Expansion #1 provides a flexible way to expand your play experience.

In addition to the three modules, the expansion includes material for a fifth player. This allows the Edo base game to support 2–5 players, while also making it possible to play with all of the expansion modules in games for up to five.

Designed for flexibility, Edo: Expansion #1 lets players decide how much additional content to include. Use the modules separately or combine them, and bring more players to the table when you want a larger game of Edo.
