Elasund: Erweiterung

About this expansion

Elasund: Erweiterung is a free print-and-play expansion for Elasund: The First City, designed for 2–4 players with a play time of 60 minutes.

Released in 2005, this expansion adds four extra buildings to the game. It is available through the Catan.com website and introduces new ways to gain gold, obtain influence cards, and increase trade points.

The expansion includes the following buildings:

• Castle (Burg): Pay 2 gold for 1 influence card, or exchange 1 influence card for 2 gold.
• Barracks (Kaserne): Take 1 gold or 1 influence card.
• Warehouse (Lager): Each of the two Warehouses provides 1 additional trade point.

These four additions give Elasund: Erweiterung a compact set of extra building options while preserving the focus on its existing gold, influence-card, and trade-point elements. The Castle offers a two-way exchange, the Barracks provides a choice between two resources, and the Warehouses directly add trade points.

As a free print-and-play expansion, Elasund: Erweiterung is a straightforward way to add the Castle, Barracks, and two Warehouses to Elasund: The First City. Its concise set of buildings makes the additional content easy to identify and use alongside the base game.
