About this expansion

Eldritch Horror: Masks of Nyarlathotep is a cooperative expansion for 1–8 players, with games taking approximately 240 minutes, in which investigators race across the globe to prevent an otherworldly catastrophe.

Strange cults are gathering in remote locations and bustling cities, apparently devoted to different gods. The investigators must uncover the connection between these horrifying rites: every sect serves an aspect, or guise, of Nyarlathotep, the Messenger of the Outer Gods.

Nyarlathotep is the only Ancient One that still actively walks among humanity. If his cults gain enough strength, they can open the Ultimate Gate and bring about unthinkable doom. Players must travel the world, confront monstrous followers, and strike at the organizations working to awaken his many aspects.
