About this expansion

Eleven: Unexpected Events Expansion is an expansion for 1–4 players that adds new matchday surprises and club-management choices to games of around 120 minutes.

Its central addition is the Breaking News deck. During Matchday, read a card covering your match and check whether any of your Players’ keywords are mentioned. If they are, the news can trigger an unexpected consequence, potentially causing the match to end differently than expected.

All 36 Breaking News cards have unique outcomes, giving each playthrough a distinct set of developments. Their effects add thematic press coverage to the matchday experience while connecting the action on the pitch with details found on Player cards.
