About this board game
Euronimoes is a euro-style domino game for 2–4 players with a listed play time of 40 minutes. Designed as a print-and-play game, it combines familiar double-six dominoes with personal planning, purchasing decisions, and a low-score objective.
Instead of simply matching dominoes in a shared layout, each player places dominoes in their own personal area. The aim is to arrange the pips in each column so they form one or more sequential runs, then finish with as few points as possible.
At the end of the game, each run is valued according to its smallest number. A run of 6-5-4-3 is worth 3, while a run of 4-3-2-1-0 is worth 0. Since players want to minimize their point count, choosing where and when to place each domino is central to the puzzle.
- For 2–4 players
- About 40 minutes listed play time
- Requires the rules, which include a playing mat, double-six dominoes, and poker chips
- Uses one double-six set for 2 players and two sets for 3–4 players
- Builds in less than a minute
Players also have to buy the dominoes they play, adding another layer to every decision. The rules are simple, but successful play calls for plenty of planning, strategy, and a little luck.
Euronimoes is a compact choice for anyone who enjoys puzzle games and wants more than an ordinary game of dominoes. Its quick setup and personal scoring challenge make it easy to get to the table while leaving plenty to think about during play.
