About this board game

Evil Corp. is a competitive monster game for 2–4 players, with 2vs2 team play, and a play time of about 60 minutes. Released in 2023, it challenges managers to recruit terrifying teams and compete to become the company’s new CEO.

Each player—or team in a 2vs2 game—tries to take control of a second village. Send monsters to frighten villagers more than your opponents, pushing the village’s Terror track toward your side until control changes hands.

On your turn, choose an available action: send a monster tile to one of your two adjacent villages, recruit a new tile at the monster’s job center, or activate one of your monster powers. When you have no actions available, or when you decide to stop, you may pass and end your round.

• Terror: Advance on a village’s Terror track according to a monster’s strength.
• Magic Force: Deal direct damage to an opponent’s monster or draw a tile.
• Gold: Earn gold coins through monster placement.
• Power Stone: Seize the pawn to gain the advantage in a tie situation.

The order in which you perform your actions can have a major impact on your plans and the outcome of the game. Recruit the right monsters, use their powers at the crucial moment, and place them carefully to gain the rewards you need.

In Evil Corp., the first player or team to control its second village wins the game and takes the title of CEO. Will your monster team prove to be the most terrifying of the year?
