Fist of Dragonstones: The Tavern Edition is a closed-fist bidding game for 3–6 players that takes about 60 minutes to play. Compete for control of an ever-changing cast of enchanted characters, using gold and magic coins to gather Dragonstones and build your path to victory.

For each character card, secretly choose how many coins to bid by placing them in a closed fist. Everyone reveals their bets at the same time, and the winning player gains control of that character’s powers. Depending on the card, these abilities may provide additional coins or Dragonstones, grant magical powers, place spells on opponents, or score points.

The updated Tavern Edition introduces the King’s Favor, a feature designed to speed up play. It also expands the enchanted cast to more than 70 special character cards, compared with 25 in the original game. Some characters can be saved for later use, creating more possibilities as the game unfolds.

The game is re-imagined in the world of The Dragon & Flagon, a cozy tavern where Adventurers keep alive the legends of a hidden enchanted forest. Long ago, rival princes sought powerful Dragonstones and rewarded the wizards, witches, dwarves, goblins, and other creatures who found them.
