Flames of War: Open Fire! is a two-player World War II tabletop miniatures game with a typical play time of 120 minutes. Players command armies represented by painted 15mm-scale tanks, soldiers, artillery, and aircraft in battles against an opponent’s force.

The game aims to balance playability and simulation, while its 15mm scale—approximately 1:100—allows miniatures from other manufacturers to be used. To begin playing, you need the Flames of War rules and a starting force of miniatures based on the type of army you want to collect.

Open Fire! is a starter set designed with new players in mind. It introduces the basic game and includes the materials needed to begin exploring the Flames of War system, while every model is compatible with the existing Flames of War range.
