About this board game

Floating Market is a 2–5 player board game with a play time of about 45 minutes, set in Thailand’s Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. Players take the roles of Ama’s grandchildren, competing to collect five different types of fruit and be first to receive a bowl of fruit salad.

The market is constantly changing as boats loaded with fruit shift around the Khlong Damnoen Saduak Canal. Mango, banana, papaya, guava, grapefruit, rambutan, and the famous starfruit are all part of the colorful race to complete your collection.

Each player has customers to place around the market. Assign them to fruit boats to collect produce, or send them to buildings to gain special abilities. Every round, players also add a die to the dice pool, trying to influence the roll that determines which fruit boat hands out fruit.
