About this board game

Flutter is a strategic tile-laying game for 2–5 players that plays in about 45 minutes. Build a vibrant meadow, match flower petals, and attract pollinators as you compete to collect the most pollen.

On your turn, lay one of the uniquely shaped tiles. When flower petals match in each corner, you earn petal tokens. These tokens become valuable resources as the meadow grows and opportunities to enclose tiles emerge.

When you enclose a previously laid tile, spend petal tokens to supply its pollinator with all the flowers it needs. Doing so earns pollen, bringing you closer to victory. Clever use of your bee token can help strengthen this strategy.

The meadow’s pollinators include:

• Hummingbirds
• Dragonflies
• Moths
• Butterflies
• Ladybugs
• Bees

Every placement contributes to the evolving ecosystem, but you cannot take too long to decide. Flutter ends as soon as a single stack of tiles in the supply rondel is emptied. The player with the most pollen at that moment wins, earning the admiration of the meadow’s pollinators.
