About this board game
Food Fight is a 2–6 player game played in about 30 minutes, in which food warriors battle across three meals to determine the ultimate champion.
Draft glorious foods into your army, combining troops that work well together and setting up powerful combo plays. Each day, players compete for Battlefields with names such as Watermelonloo and Spaghettis-burg, while food mascots oversee the mealtime chaos.
The game follows a clear sequence of drafting, army building, and combat:
- Reveal three Battlefields, or two in a two- to three-player game.
- Deal nine cards to each player and draft a hand of nine cards.
- Create an army of up to five troops and place a Plate on it.
- Reveal the Plates and fight in order: Breakfast, Lunch, then Dinner.
- Award the winner of each meal the corresponding Battlefield cards.
Once the day is over, all cards in hand and in play are discarded before the next day begins. Timing and tactical choices matter as you shape your forces and try to make each meal work in your favor.
During the battles, instant effects can disrupt plans and create memorable moments. Flap-Jack the Ripper, Frankenspud, and The Invader are among the effects players may use, while the voracious Dog can eat anything.
Food Fight combines accessible card drafting with lively food-themed conflict. The first player to earn 10 Battlefield victory points wins and claims the title of the most cunning, savage, and delicious contender.
