Frantic: Supercharge Add-On

About this expansion

Frantic: Supercharge Add-On is a 2019 card game expansion for 2–8 players, with a 45-minute play time. It brings a brand-new card type and 24 additional Special and Event Cards to the Frantic experience.

The centerpiece of this add-on is the set of 24 new Power Cards. At the start of the game, each player receives two Power Cards. These cards can charge hand cards with extra effects, creating new opportunities to disrupt the action and respond to the table.

During your turn, every time you play a card, you may also activate one of your Power Cards. Each Power Card can be used only once, so choosing the right moment is essential. The result is a more reactive game filled with sudden decisions and heightened tension.

• Play with 2–8 players.

With effects that can block a colour, prevent a counterattack, or ask for black, the add-on gives players fresh ways to influence each turn. Since the new powers are limited to a single activation, timing them well can make every card play matter.

Frantic: Supercharge Add-On keeps the series’ breathless spirit while adding more frantic reactions and tactical possibilities. It is designed for players who want their Frantic games to feel even more charged, surprising, and intense.
