Freelancers: A Crossroads Game is a 2023 fantasy role-playing adventure for 3–7 players that condenses a campaign into approximately 180 minutes. With no game master required, players use a magical companion app to guide the story, deliver fully voiced audio, and reveal the consequences of their choices.

Humanity is dead, and the world it left behind is filled with garbage, ruins, wild places, and a broken gig economy. As freelancers, players take whatever work they can find, venturing into forgotten corners to face hordes of hideous creatures, gather loot, and make it home ready for the next job.

At the start of each adventure, create a distinctive character by mixing and matching a variety of species and jobs. Then roll funky dice, explore, fight, and make decisions as the app leads your group through branching paths in a world of magic, monsters, and murder.
