Fröccs

About this board game

Fröccs is an interactive board game for 2–6 players, with games lasting around 35 minutes. Set in a corner pub, it challenges players to earn Forints by mixing and selling spritzers based on their quality and quantity.

Buy glasses and collect cards, then play as many cards as there are glasses in front of you. Use them to fill your glasses with wine and sparkling soda, building drinks that can bring in more money.

Competition is direct and often unpredictable. Action cards can impede your rivals, while other effects may spill their sparkling soda or absorb their wine with “greasy bread”, a typical rural Hungarian dish. If another player uses such a card against you, you may be able to bargain with them.

• Goal: earn Forints from the quality and quantity of the drinks you sell

Your characters can also help improve difficult situations. Böske, the Terrible, and Gargoyle Karesz may help bring your plans to fruition, giving your pub operation another way to respond to trouble.

Released in 2020, Fröccs combines card play, bargaining, and playful interference in a compact contest to see who can sell the finest spritzers in the pub.
