Frostgrave: Ghost Archipelago is a standalone two-player wargame, released in 2017, set in the world of Frostgrave. Players take the role of Heritors, mighty warriors descended from ancestors who drank from the fabled Crystal Pool.

Every few centuries, the Ghost Archipelago rises from the southern ocean. Pirates, adventurers, wizards, and legendary heroes then converge on its ancient ruins, seeking lost treasures and powerful artefacts. Each Heritor leads a small, handpicked team of spellcasters, rogues, and treasure hunters into the islands’ ever-shifting labyrinth.

The Archipelago is a dangerous place. Cannibal tribes, sorcerous snake-men, poisonous water-beasts, and other threats protect their lairs and treasure hordes, while traps await the unwary. Those who venture into the ruins must face these hazards in pursuit of rewards that could change their fortunes.

Using the same rules system as Frostgrave, Ghost Archipelago focuses on heroes who draw on the power in their blood. Heritors can perform extraordinary feats of strength and agility as they lead their teams through challenging scenarios.
