About this board game
Give Me the Brain! is a card game for 3–8 players that takes about 15 minutes, casting everyone as zombies working in a fast-food restaurant in hell.
The shift is already a nightmare: the employees are zombies, the work keeps piling up, and there is only one brain among them. Players must complete a number of tasks before they can leave work, but some tasks require basic intelligence.
That single brain becomes the central problem. With one shared source of intelligence and a growing workload, the game presents a darkly comic workplace situation built around the challenge of getting tasks done before the shift is over.
- Players: 3–8
- Play time: about 15 minutes
- Setting: a fast-food restaurant in hell
- Roles: zombies trying to finish their work
- Core premise: tasks, piling work, and one brain to go around
Give Me the Brain! was released in 1996 and offers a compact card-game experience with an unusual premise. Its combination of undead employees, fast-food labor, and limited intelligence gives the game a distinctive identity without requiring a lengthy play session.
The Superdeluxe Edition has 100 cards instead of 112, with a few cards adjusted from previous versions. Whether you are drawn to zombie humor or the absurd pressure of completing work with only one brain available, this game turns a short shift into a memorable struggle.
