Gloomhaven: Forgotten Circles is an expansion for 1–4 players, with an approximate play time of 120 minutes, released in 2019. It adds twenty new scenarios that take place after the events of the original Gloomhaven campaign.

At the heart of the expansion is the Aesther Diviner, a new character class whose efforts center on preventing an approaching calamity. Her presence introduces a new focus for the campaign as players explore the challenges presented in Forgotten Circles.

The accompanying scenario book presents these adventures across multiple pages. This format creates more dynamic and surprising encounters, giving the scenarios a distinctive presentation within the Gloomhaven campaign experience.

Forgotten Circles also expands the range of threats and equipment available during the campaign. Its new content includes:

• Twenty new scenarios set after the original campaign’s events
