About this board game

GYÜMI is a memory-driven fruit-sequence game for 1–6 players, with approximately 25 minutes of play time. Players collect fruit cards and try to assemble sequences containing the numbers 1 through 5.

The challenge is that you can see only the top card of each set you have collected. Success depends on reliable memory and careful observation as you decide which sequences to begin, continue, and protect. You may start any number of sequences, but you can have only one sequence of each fruit kind in your playing area, for a maximum of six different sequences.

Each sequence is a potential scoring opportunity, but not every collection earns the same reward. A sequence containing all five different numbers, from 1 to 5, scores 11 points. If number 1 is missing, the sequence scores 0 points, and a sequence containing a repeated number also scores 0 points.

  • Collect and develop numbered fruit sequences.
  • Rely on memory while only the top card of each set remains visible.
  • Manage up to six different fruit sequences, with only one sequence per fruit kind.
  • Score highly by completing the numbers 1 through 5 without duplicates.

The experience changes with the group size. With two players, GYÜMI becomes a tense brain-burning competition. Groups of three to five create more tactical possibilities and demand close attention to the developing game, while six to eight players turn the experience into a lively party game according to the official description.

Keep track of what lies beneath each visible card, make smart collection choices, and aim for the highest total. The player who scores the most points through excellent memory wins.
