About this board game

Heavy Steam is a steampunk battle game for 2–4 players, with games lasting about 120 minutes. Each player takes the role of a pilot controlling a giant mechanical humanoid war machine from the command center inside its head.

Before the battle begins, customize your steam titan. Choose a robot, recruit your pilot, and select the weapons you want to bring into the fight. During play, you must manage the titan’s resources and plan ahead, deciding whether to power its legs, weapons, or other systems as the situation changes.

Players use their steam titans to complete scenario objectives. Often, that means defeating an opponent, but each scenario offers a focused challenge, while other game modes let you battle until only one champion remains. The abstracted battle board keeps combat easy to master while leaving room for strategic decisions.
