About this board game

Hermetica is a two-player strategy game with an approximately 45-minute play time, played on a dynamic hexagonal grid where each player guides an adept into the opponent’s base.

Each player takes one side of the board and commands four distinctive pieces: an adept and three unique elemental pieces. Every piece has its own move set, creating a wide range of tactical possibilities as you compete for board control and look for opportunities to capture enemy pieces.

The changing terrain is central to the experience. Restructure obstacles to close off your opponent’s routes, open new paths for your own pieces, or lock down important choke points. Control over which pieces are deployed and when adds another layer of timing and decision-making to every game.
