Heroes of Land, Air & Sea: Pestilence is a board game expansion for 1–7 players with an approximately 180-minute play time. Released in 2019, it expands Heroes of Land, Air & Sea to support a seventh player.

This expansion adds two new factions to the game: the Birdfolk and the Merfolk. Their inclusion broadens the available faction selection while providing the components needed to bring a full seven-player game to the table.

Pestilence also changes the physical landscape with two distinctive continent features. A floating continent is held above the board using clear plastic stands, while a sunken continent is created by placing a transparent blue sheet over an existing island.
