Dominion: Black Market Promo Card is a card for 2–4 players, with a listed play time of 30 minutes. Released in 2009, it introduces the Black Market deck and a way to access cards outside the regular supply.

As a 3-coin Action, Black Market lets you reveal the top three cards of the Black Market deck. You may then play any number of Treasures from your hand before buying one of the revealed cards.

After the purchase, place the remaining revealed cards on the bottom of the Black Market deck in any order. This creates a simple sequence of revealing, preparing your available resources, choosing a card, and returning the others to the deck.

Before the game begins, create the Black Market deck using different unused Kingdom cards. These cards are not part of the supply, giving the Black Market its distinct selection for the game.
