Hot & Cold is a 2021 party game for 3–8 players that takes about 30 minutes to play. Players give clues based on a shared secret word, trying to help a teammate understand how close their guess is.

The central challenge is communicating temperature through words. Is the clue hot, because it is very close to the secret word? Is it warm, because it has a similar meaning? Or is it cold, because it is very different?

Each clue needs to be clear enough for your teammate to interpret, but the game also rewards quick thinking and sharp judgment. As you work together to identify the right temperature, your opponents will be watching closely and doing whatever they can to score points.
