Imperial Borders is a strategic board game for 2–6 players, with games lasting around 360 minutes. Set after Napoleon’s abdication in 1815, it invites players to explore an alternate history shaped by the Congress of Vienna.

Each player takes the reins of a great European nation and decides how the continent’s borders will be redrawn. Build a dominating presence of power and wealth through clever diplomacy, free-form negotiations, strategic warfare, and the occasional backstab.

Movement orders are plotted simultaneously and secretly on a dry-erase planning map, creating uncertainty as nations pursue their plans. When armies clash, the dice-based combat system is joined by tactical stance choices, giving battles an additional strategic dimension.
