About this board game

Import / Export: Definitive Edition is a role-selection game for 2–6 players with an approximately 90-minute play time. Its passive and active economy is driven by player decisions, with every play offering access to a unique combination of powers and economic opportunities.

Export shipments of goods to gain more than one hundred unique powers and specialize through a varied technology tree. As you unlock advanced game engines, your development can become completely unique to your play. Shipments entering the open sea also create opportunities for other players to act.

When someone triggers an Import action, everyone takes part in a silent auction for the available containers. Purchased containers can be allocated as future end-game investments or used immediately to increase the actions available for specific roles. This creates a direct link between exported shipments, auctions, and the actions you can take next.

The goal is to finish with the most credits. Your final total combines physical credits, passive credits saved as imported goods, and bonuses from completed shipments.

Digital rule books are available online in eight languages.
