About this board game

In Flanders Field is a 2–4-player push-your-luck game that plays in about 45 minutes, placing players in the role of British Company Commanders advancing from their trench toward the Objective Line.

Each player must lead troops across No Man’s Land while trying to limit casualties. Enemy artillery, tanks, and aeroplanes threaten the advance, making every decision important. The central challenge is deciding how many men to risk on each course of action.

On your turn, roll dice and play cards that match the roll. After resolving those cards, you must choose whether to attempt another advance or stop and carry out card actions. Continuing may bring you closer to the objective, but pushing too far could result in heavy losses.
