About this board game

Invaders from Dimension X! is a solitaire war game for 1–2 players, with sessions lasting about 90 minutes, in which the Old Reprobates of the 124th Galactic Marine Raider Battalion battle an alien invasion.

You control the various Marine squads, each with a specialized skill, as they fight the Kay’otz, a brutal race from another dimension of space. Their behavior is completely unpredictable and difficult for humans to comprehend, making every encounter a challenge of strategy, perseverance, and good fortune.

Victory requires more than simply surviving the battle. You must gradually discover the plans and tactics of these mysterious invaders while making the most of your Marine forces. Invaders from Dimension X! is easy to play and is designed for players aged 12 and up.

• Three scenarios: two Battle scenarios and one Campaign scenario
• Flexible play: designed primarily for solitaire play, with a two-player option
• Compact contents: one map sheet, 88 counters, and an 8-page rule book
• Required supplies: six-sided dice, plus the backbone, brains, and wits to face the alien enemy

Each scenario can be completed in about an hour or two, depending on which one you play. The package includes two separate maps printed on the front and back of a single map sheet, giving the game a focused presentation for its dangerous interdimensional conflict.

Released in 2015, Invaders from Dimension X! begins the story of the war between the Kay’otz and the only human force capable of defeating them. Lead the Old Reprobates into battle and see whether skill, determination, and luck are enough to overcome an enemy whose intentions cannot be easily understood.
