About this board game

Kaikoro is a 2022 dice-driven game for 1–99 players that takes about 60 minutes, challenging you to defend the last city on Earth from five powerful Kaijus. Play alone or with friends, attack the monsters, collect victory points, and combine powerful effects before the city falls.

Each turn begins with a roll of all the power dice. The red die determines which Kaijus you can attack, while the green power dice indicate the numbers available for your attacks. Careful planning is essential: use the results effectively to deal with the right threats and make the most of every opportunity.

Successful attacks can cause the Kaijus to drop valuable resources. These resources can strengthen your defenses, award points, or enable powerful extra attacks. Choosing how to spend them gives you important decisions throughout the battle, whether you are trying to protect the city or get ahead of the other players.

• Roll the power dice to determine your attack options.

But the Kaijus do not remain still. After your attack, the red power die is rolled again, and the indicated Kaijus advance toward the city. Once they arrive, they begin destroying it, so every attack must be weighed against the danger of what comes next.

With its escalating threats, resource choices, and dice-based tactics, Kaikoro asks you to become the hero the city needs. Defeat the Kaijus before they overrun the last refuge of humanity.
