Kami

About this board game

Kami is a 2019 card game for 2–4 players that takes about 20 minutes to play. Based on Goita, a traditional four-player Japanese game, it introduces new rules for games with two or three players.

The game unfolds through a series of successive confrontations, with each round contributing to the overall result. Players or teams compete to complete the round, turning the placement of their cards into an opportunity to gain points.

To win a round, a player must put their eighth and final card into play. That last card indicates the number of winning points earned for the round, creating a clear goal as each confrontation progresses.
