About this board game

Kemet: Blood and Sand is a revised Egyptian game for 2–5 players, with sessions lasting around 180 minutes. Set in a more realistic vision of Ancient Egypt, it places you in the role of a powerful god competing for dominance across the desert and Nile delta.

Open the gates of your city and send your troops into battle, striving to please your god through a violent struggle for supremacy. The gods challenge one another without mercy, while armies carry the song of war across the land.

This edition builds on the original Kemet experience with upgraded gameplay and more approachable rules. It goes beyond the 1.5 version developed with help from the BoardGameGeek community, giving designers Jacques Bariot and Guillaume Montiage the freedom to fine-tune the experience further.
