Kinfire Delve: Vainglory’s Grotto is a tactical, cooperative card game for 1–2 players that plays in about 60 minutes. As Seekers, you must fight your way through a 57-card well deck, reach Vainglory, and face her in an epic final battle.

Each turn, attempt a challenge by playing a matching skill card and rolling the dice. Add enough progress tokens to overcome the challenge and earn its reward. Fail, however, and you may lose health, discard cards, or be forced to return cards to the well deck.

Cooperation continues even when it is not your turn. Cards in your hand can be played to boost your teammate’s action, creating important opportunities to work together. But help comes with a risk: emptying your hand causes exhaustion and can trigger effects that may lose you the game.

• Explore and battle through a 57-card well deck of challenges.
• Use matching skill cards and dice rolls to attempt challenges.
• Spend cards to support your teammate during their action.
• Manage health, hands, progress tokens, and the consequences of failure.

Survive long enough to reach the bottom of the well and reveal Vainglory’s final form. Then break through her gauntlet of protectors before confronting her directly. To win, the Seekers must defeat Vainglory once and for all.
