About this board game

Kiwetin is a fast-paced board game for 2–6 players, played in about 20 minutes, in which forest spirits race across branches to catch a sacred flower.

Each player takes the role of one of the forest’s spirits. With the help of the wind, you must find your way from one branch to another and reach the goal before your rivals. The race is simple to learn, yet its quick pace keeps every turn engaging.

Your spirit’s character caliber affects the way it moves on the board, giving each character a distinct influence on the race. Meanwhile, the forest itself is never entirely predictable. Its randomly placed action tiles create a different experience in every game, offering opportunities that may help you—or hinder your progress.

  • Race between branches to reach the sacred flower first.
  • Use the wind as you plan your movement.
  • Adapt to randomly placed action tiles.
  • Watch out for whirlwinds that can turn everything upside down.

The mysterious Kiwetin forest is full of surprises. Its spirits may find a useful boost in the forest’s tricks one moment, only to face an unexpected setback the next. Whirlwinds can completely disrupt the situation, so staying alert is essential during this thrilling contest.

Simple, addictive, and designed for a lively group experience, Kiwetin delivers a compact race with changing conditions from one play to the next. Released in 2017, it brings 2–6 players together for a memorable dash through an unpredictable forest.
